ALL Yokohama authorized national accounts in good standing are automatically eligible for the YES program. Account status will be verified upon calling the YES dispatcher.
Provide YES fleet representative with your fleet information (Company name, City & Province of company’s main terminal, Yokohama National Account Number)
Provide the following information: Location of breakdown, Unit # and type (trailer, tractor, etc.), Wheel position, size and tread design requested, Cause of failure, and the service requested.
YES dispatcher locates the nearest Yokohama dealer, first ensuring that the dealer can assist you and provides all necessary information regarding equipment and tire requirements.
The YES dispatcher will follow up with you to confirm when the service vehicle will arrive and will authorize the servicing dealer.
The vehicle driver must sign off on service charges when work is performed to ensure accurate billing.
Billing will occur on your Canadian National Account in Canadian funds at your regular tire price. Service charges reflect the local rate where the service was performed, plus exchange rates at the time of billing.
